Removing “podded” in the vehicle

I recently picked up a new 2024 Hornet GT straight from the factory. The problem is, the car is still in transport mode. I've tried the usual method of turning on the hazards, starting the car, and holding the up arrow on the steering wheel, but it doesn't seem to work on this model.

My local dealer suggests removing "podded" the vehicle, which sounds like a dealership-specific procedure. I'm hoping to avoid taking it to the dealer if possible.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with a new Hornet GT? Any tips or tricks to remove transport mode without involving the dealership?
