I'm at my wit's end with my Hornet’s repair. It's been sitting at the dealership for weeks, and they keep making excuses about a special tool to fix the turbo. Does anyone know what steps I can take to escalate this issue and get my car back on the road?

I’d push the dealership to provide you with a loaner or cover a rental car while they sort this out. If it’s taking weeks, they owe you some sort of solution for the inconvenience. I’d recommend reaching out to Dodge Customer Care directly. They can often expedite things or at least put some pressure on the dealership. Have your case details handy, like repair order numbers and dates, so they can escalate it properly.

Your best bet is to escalate the issue through Dodge Customer Care directly. Call them and reference your case with the dealership. They might have a regional representative intervene to push things along. If you’re not getting anywhere, try sending a formal email or letter. It’s amazing how quickly things can move when corporate gets involved.

If you can, I'd recommend getting a second opinion from another certified mechanic or dealership.

Agree with @Luis1983. I'd pull out my car from the dealership and look for a trusted independent shop to work on the issue.
