It was all the negative reviews about Hornet that brought me here. I’ve read a lot from people claiming they own one and were completely unhappy with it. Most of it was electrical issues. From constant deactivation of cruise control to randomly setting off the alarm system. Dasboards were reported often to go blank as well and interior lights are not functioning. It gets worse, and it is quite disheartening. Hornet owners are bashing all over the internet.

What did Stellantis do with this? Are they simply going to ignore all these owners and pretend they didn’t hear the plea for help? This is embarrassing! How can they make billions of dollars and not do anything from its negligence?

It is disappointing especially since I have been a loyal customer of Dodge, to hear these complaints is like a direct attack on my loyalty to Dodge. Has anyone tried writing a formal complaint to be delivered through the mail? Sadly, the hotline won't be able to help, it is much better to email or write a letter that contains the reports of countless customers about the quality of their vehicles.

It’s really disappointing to still hear about these issues. Stellantis should address the concerns, especially with such a significant customer base.

I think there might be a selection bias in the forums. People tend to post when they have problems. Considering the low sales numbers and lack of excited owners, the number of complaints seems disproportionately high.

It seems like Stellantis rushed the release of the Hornet, and it's showing. I'm not sure what the best analogy would be, but it definitely hasn't been a smooth launch.
